As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you will be trained on:
• Mastering communication skills both internally and externally
• The goals and purpose of the Federal Lifeline Program
• Community outreach tactics
• How to enroll an individual in the program
• Upselling when appropriate for enrollees who may need extra accessories in addition to their communication device
• Becoming a leader in the workplace

Entry Level Customer RepresentativeRequirements: • High School Diploma or Ged/Equivalent • 0-2 years of experience working in a people-centric organization

This role involves the selling of products or services and commission pay
