Job Description

American Express is seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately inputting and maintaining customer data. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Accurately input and update customer data in our systems
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Meet performance metrics and targets for customer service and data entry

Educational Qualifications
