Minimum Requirements:  1 year of call center experience (sales or customer service)  Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor) - but NO CHROMEBOOKS, Ipads/Tablets OR Macbooks  ** Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone ** (Pleaseuse this in your interview)  Reliable and dependable  Experience with data entry and word processing is required  Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy  Must possess basic computer knowledge  Team oriented with a positive, Âcan do attitude  Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English
Preferred Qualifications:  2 Monitors/Screens- required for some projects  Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)  Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily
 Being on time each day
 Providing customer service with empathy and care
 Ensure client needs are met
Job Type: Full-time overnight shifts
Pay: $15-$18 per hour
