Roles:
Answer live chat inquiries regarding product questions, services, or general customer support.
Manage customer interactions effectively to build loyalty and increase retention.
Handle both positive feedback and complaints gracefully.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Location: This position is entirely remote, open to candidates across the United States.
Requirements:
Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and the capacity to follow instructions closely.
Availability to work 20+ hours per week.
A reliable internet connection.
Contract Length: No fixed term.
Hours per Week: 20 – 40 hours, with flexibility to suit your schedule.
