Walt Disney is seeking a motivated and independent Contact Center Officer to join our vibrant team in Jacksonville, Florida. This entry-level, part-time position is essential to our commitment to providing world-class customer service and support. As a Contact Center Officer, you will play a key role in delivering magical experiences to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.

### **Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding Disney's products, services, and experiences.
  • **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer concerns and complaints while utilizing effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, maintaining detailed records of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • **Data Analysis:** Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to strategic planning initiatives at the contact center.
  • **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on Disney products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • **Quality Assurance:** Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, ensuring that each customer interaction reflects the high standards of the Disney brand.
  • **Flexible Availability:** Adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the contact center.

### **Requirements**

    #### **Education and Experience:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
