Happied is looking for a Retreat Planner with a strong love for travel and connection, impeccable attention to detail, and experience with diverse and dynamic teams. This is the perfect role for someone who is a freelance travel agent or travel planner, is excited to work with other top-notch planners, and wants to make extra income.

Description

The Corporate Retreat Planner (CRP) focuses their expertise on retreat planning. The CRP is consulted and assigned client retreats based on the CRP's experience level, availability, and client match.

All Contractor Retreat Planners are rolled on with an initial contract length of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based upon performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Effectively plan team retreats using Happied’s planning workflows
• Research, book and coordinate logistics for various details of client retreats including:
• Hotels
• Activities
• Dining Options
• Parties / Celebrations
• Meeting Room / Space
• Catering
•... Transportation
• Review and negotiate contracts for all services booked on behalf of clients to ensure they are in line with industry and Happied standards
• Foster and grow relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Serve as the expert when consulted on planning top notch retreats
• Collaborate with the Happied team to provide clients with the best possible experience and solutions
• Respond to all client communication within 4 business hours, unless time out of the office has previously been noted

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Love for delighting clients in every interaction
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• 4+ Years of experience in travel planning (required)
• Collaborative spirit and “can-do” mindset

Reports To

The Contract Retreat Planner will report to the COO.

Contract Length

Contract length is set for an initial six month period with an opportunity to extend based on performance.

Salary
