What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal policies and procedures to assist customers effectively
• Utilize automated systems for accurate data entry and information retrieval
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Document call details and maintain accurate records of interactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years of customer service or telephone experience in a call center environment
• Proficient verbal and listening skills for professional customer interactions
• Effective PC skills, including proficiency in electronic mail and industry-standard applications
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Completion of medical terminology course(s)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in the health insurance industry
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
