Responsibilities of FedEx Retail Service Consultant:
• Offer a helpful hand to customers seeking support with their shipping and receiving needs and provide expert guidance.
• The FedEx website also offers resources for customers, including a shipping calculator, packing tips, and information on how to properly label your packages.
• Undertake spot-on transactions, which may consist of selling shipping supplies and facilities.
• Operate with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy, consistently delivering results that meet or exceed customer expectations and any established performance goals.
