Here's what you'll be doing:
• Engaging in various assessments to track student progress.
• Crafting exciting lesson plans that cater to our diverse learners.
• Being a crucial link between parents and teachers during conferences.

What you'll need:
• A degree in Special Education.
• A valid Virginia Teaching Certificate with a Special Education endorsement.
• At least 2 years of experience in a school setting.
• All the necessary clearances to work in our public/charter schools.
• Early childhood experience is required for this position
