Minimum Requirements
 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
 Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor) - but NO CHROMEBOOKS, Ipads/Tablets OR Macbooks
 ** Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone ** (Please use this in your interview)
 Reliable and dependable
 Experience with data entry and word processing is required
 Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
 Must possess basic computer knowledge
 Team oriented with a positive, Âcan do attitude
 Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English
Preferred Qualifications
 2 Monitors/Screens- required for some projects
 Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
 Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
 Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily
 Dispatching the proper technicians or resources to the customer
 Remaining calm in the face of potentially distressed customers
 Being on time each day
 Providing customer service with empathy and care
 Ensure client needs are met
