Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. As a Full-Time LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our patients and support the overall functioning of our healthcare facility. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will positively impact patient care outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Â Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. Â Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Â Monitor patient health status and report any changes or concerns. Â Assist with patient assessments and development of care plans. Â Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans. Â Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Â Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Â Adhere to all regulatory standards and organizational policies. Â Assist with training and supervision of nursing assistants and other staff members.
Qualifications: Â Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice. Â Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required. Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Â Compassionate and patient demeanor. Â Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Â Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
