This role requires working during US business hours, making it ideal for candidates based in the United States.As a Help Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' technical support needs. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all help desk inquiries.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
