Regional Sales Director, Light Industrial Staffing, Southwest - REMOTE...

Our client is a dynamic and innovative staffing company now offering an unrivaled workforce management platform. With a strong commitment to excellence and a focus on driving growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our efforts in prospecting volume accounts, with a focus on closing deals ranging from 2 to 5 million dollars.

Job Overview

As the Regional Sales Director for Prospecting Volume Accounts, focusing on 2-5 million dollar deals, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to acquire new business from high-volume accounts within this deal size range. Leveraging your 5 years of experience in the staffing industry, along with your expertise in engaging with senior managers, you will drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Candidates with experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, target, and acquire high-volume accounts with deal sizes ranging from 2 to 5 million dollars across the regional territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers within target organizations, effectively positioning our company as a trusted partner.
• Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and exceed sales targets for deals within the specified range.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for growth.
• Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making and optimizing sales tactics for deals within the specified range.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive continuous performance enhancement for deals within the specified range.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs, proactively adapting strategies and tactics to remain competitive and meet evolving demands.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, fostering relationships and generating new business leads for deals within the specified range.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on prospecting and acquiring high-volume accounts, particularly with deals ranging from 2 to 5 million dollars, preferably within the [industry/sector].
• Experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and decision makers, effectively communicating value propositions and driving consensus.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed targets for deals within the specified range.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to develop and execute actionable plans to achieve business objectives for deals within the specified range.
• Analytical mindset, with proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
