Responsibilities: Â Answer inbound calls from customers and book jobs. Â Answer general questions about products or policies. Â Provide information on products/services or policies. Â Explain the details of policies to customers. Â Speak clearly and precisely on the phone. Â Listen to customers' needs and provide the appropriate solution. Â Be able output large quantities of information. Â Make outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints.
