We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Moderator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Social Media Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive online presence on our Facebook platform. This remote position offers flexibility and an opportunity to engage with our online community.

Responsibilities: ┬Ľ Content Moderation: ┬Ľ Review and moderate user-generated content on the Facebook platform. ┬Ľ Ensure that all content complies with community guidelines and company policies. ┬Ľ Respond promptly to user inquiries and comments with a professional and friendly tone. ┬Ľ Community Engagement: ┬Ľ Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with users through comments and messages. ┬Ľ Monitor discussions and trends to identify opportunities for positive interactions. ┬Ľ Encourage user-generated content and participation in community initiatives. ┬Ľ Issue Resolution: ┬Ľ Address and resolve customer concerns or issues raised on the Facebook page. ┬Ľ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance. ┬Ľ Feedback Analysis: ┬Ľ Compile and analyze user feedback to provide insights for improving community engagement. ┬Ľ Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies based on user input.

Qualifications: ┬Ľ Previous experience in social media moderation is a plus. ┬Ľ Excellent written communication skills. ┬Ľ Strong understanding of Facebook's community guidelines and policies. ┬Ľ Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. ┬Ľ Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
