Description: • Plan, design, develop, and support information systems used by the Customer Service organization • Responsibilities include CRM integration with AWS, testing infrastructure creation, day-to-day troubleshooting of system issues, scripting and development for Oracle Service Cloud CRM, and system documentation and configuration • Must be familiar with Agile processes and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Join a team based in Boston, MA Requirements: • Extensive experience with Oracle B2C Service (Oracle Service Cloud) • Ability to configure and customize the Oracle B2C Service application • Develop in-depth knowledge of Chewy business processes and systems environment • Monitor system alerts and reports to ensure proper functioning • Follow established best practices for repeatable and scalable business processes • Interact directly with business users to support solution implementation for business needs Benefits: • Remote work option within the...
