Simon Property Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated **Customer Service Officer** to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while playing a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

### Key Responsibilities

  • **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve customer issues with confidence and reliability, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and support.
  • **Data Management:** Enter and update customer information in the database promptly and accurately, ensuring that records are current and organized.
  • **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback regarding their experiences and proactively suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • **Collaboration:** Build strong relationships with colleagues and partners, participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • **Reporting:** Assist in the preparation of reports concerning customer interactions and service metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • **Training Participation:** Actively engage in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company to enhance skill sets and career growth.

### Requirements • *Qualifications:**

  • **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or business administration is a plus.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • **Computer Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer service software or CRM systems.
