 Document and update customer information accurately in the system.
 Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of issues.
What WeÂre Looking For:
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required (we provide training!).
 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems and tools.
 Must be based in the USA and legally authorized to work.
