Position Overview:

We’re seeking seasoned educators ready to transition into consulting roles. As a consultant, you’ll use your knowledge and experience to facilitate workshops, coach teachers, and help schools implement proven classroom management and instructional strategies. This is an ideal opportunity for those who want to continue making a difference in education while enjoying a flexible, contract-based role.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead engaging, research-based professional development sessions for K-12 educators. • Share your expertise to help teachers enhance classroom management and instructional practices. • Collaborate with school leaders to address specific challenges and customize training sessions. • Provide practical tools and strategies teachers can implement immediately. • Stay informed on educational trends and best practices to deliver relevant, impactful training.

Qualifications: • Extensive experience as a K-12 educator (teacher, instructional coach, or administrator). • Strong knowledge of classroom management, curriculum design, and teaching strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for inspiring others. • A desire to continue making a difference in education as a consultant. • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and travel to schools as needed.
