Key Responsibilities

 Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure each student's progress.
 Facilitate engaging virtual classroom activities that foster student interaction and learning.
 Collaborate effectively with families and fellow educators to maximize student achievement.
Required Skills
 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 Proficient in virtual classroom management techniques.
 Competent in the development and assessment of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
 Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
 A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
 A valid Idaho Special Education teaching certification.
 At least 2 years of experience in a K-12 special education setting.
