Job Overview

We are in search of empathetic and committed individuals to become part of our team as Patient Care Representatives. This role involves guiding prospective patients through their journey from initial contact to the arrangement of consultations. Key Responsibilities
• Qualify Potential Patients: Utilize effective questioning techniques to understand patient needs and assess alignment with dental implant solutions.
• Provide Compassionate Support: Communicate with clarity and empathy to address patient concerns, set expectations, and foster trust.
• Manage Patient Relationships: Handle a portfolio of leads generated from web inquiries and inbound calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong relationship-building.
• Achieve Goals: Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and activity, exclusively working with warm leads—no cold calling involved.
• Maintain Records: Use CRM tools such as Zoho CRM and Open Dental to keep comprehensive and organized records of patient interactions.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to align on patient needs and ensure seamless support.

Required Skills
• Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in healthcare or dental fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a remote setting.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM and Open Dental) and standard office software.
• A team-oriented mindset with the capability to work collaboratively towards shared objectives.

Qualifications
• Experience in customer service or sales, particularly in healthcare or dentistry, is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive hourly wage of (21, plus performance bonuses, with potential annual earnings exceeding )70,000.
