As a remote entry-level healthcare recruiter, you'll play an integral role in helping us build and maintain relationships with both healthcare candidates and employers.Key Responsibilities: Â Partner with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and recruitment goals. Â Source and identify qualified candidates for various healthcare roles through job boards, networking, and direct outreach. Â Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a perfect match for client needs. Â Maintain and update candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Â Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers. Â Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to help meet their recruitment goals.
What We're Looking For:
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 A keen interest in healthcare and the recruitment industry.
 Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
 Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
 Previous recruitment experience or a background in healthcare is a plus, but not required.
