Position Overview
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing personalized insurance solutions, and promoting State Farm's comprehensive products and services. Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying their insurance needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Educate clients on State Farm’s insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and online platforms.
Process insurance applications, updates, and renewals with accuracy.
Meet individual and team sales goals through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
Ability to obtain and maintain applicable insurance licenses.
