### **Job Overview:**

Soliant is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Remote Part-Time Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This position will serve students in the St. Paul, MN area and offers a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for educators seeking work-life balance.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs in a virtual setting.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff, parents, and related service providers.

• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instructional strategies to meet individual goals.

• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities as required.

• Utilize a variety of digital tools and platforms to engage students in a remote learning environment.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate regularly with stakeholders.

### **Qualifications:**

• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license (required).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

• Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.

• Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and technology.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
