This role is perfect for those who enjoy helping others and have basic English skills and a reliable internet connection.Role: As a Website Live Chat Assistant, you will log into our live chat application daily to interact with customers or potential customers. You will respond to their inquiries, assist them with their needs, and provide exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided, along with scripts for the most commonly asked questions, and youÂll have access to a chat supervisor for additional support as needed.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
