Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for online learning • Collaborate virtually with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices • Conduct online assessments and adapt digital teaching methods to student needs • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators via video conferencing and other digital tools • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
