Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, ticketing, and itineraries. • Process ticket purchases, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions related to travel arrangements. • Stay updated with airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to offer accurate information. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer information. • Utilize company-provided software to manage bookings and track customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is a plus. • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the travel industry. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and reservation software. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
