Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat support role.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Amazon
