    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle calls and assist in resolving inquiries from field representatives and external customers
  • Enter claim information into the claims management system (CMS)
  • Create and execute reports as required
  • Route calls to the Headquarters Claims department
  • Attend departmental training and participate in projects as requested
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues through research and collaboration
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet service level agreements
  • Proficient in typing accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft® Word and Excel; experience with CMS and PMS is helpful

  • Previous experience in a call center or claims processing environment
  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices
  • Ability to portray a positive attitude in communication and job performance
  • Initiative in assisting other associates and contributing to team success
