Kymbre Taekni (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries primarily through calls and chat channels. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will also have the opportunity to engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude, and can deliver outstanding support to our valued customers. Job Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via calls and chats, promptly addressing customer questions and concerns. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and effectively address customer queries. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers, going the extra mile to deliver detailed information and resolve complex issues. Adhere to deadlines in resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when faced with complex issues. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Engage in cross-selling and up-selling activities by promoting related products and services based on customer interests and previous purchases. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient customer support. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates in any stream can also apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues. Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers. Experience working with computers and familiarity with relevant software applications.
