Job Summary:

Position: Delta Airline Customer Service Representative – Work At Home

Salary: $15 per hour

Hours: Part-time (under 4 hours per day)

Description:

As a Delta Airline Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs and inquiries over the phone. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently from home. You will be trained on Delta Airline policies and procedures to provide top-notch service to our valued customers.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Ability to work independently

4. Basic computer skills

5. Customer service experience preferred

6. Ability to multitask and stay organized

7. Must be a resident of Georgia

Responsibilities:

1. Answering customer inquiries over the phone

2. Assisting customers with booking flights and changing reservations

3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

4. Providing information on Delta Airline policies and procedures

5. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

6. Meeting and exceeding customer service goals

7. Adhering to company policies and procedures
