Responsibilities of FedEx Retail Service Assistant:
• Extend a warm welcome to patrons seeking aid with shipping and receiving issues and provide necessary assistance.
• For international shipping, FedEx provides customs clearance, translation, and other services to ensure that your package meets all necessary requirements for delivery.
• Undertake spot-on transactions, which may consist of selling shipping supplies and facilities.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner, with thorough documentation and follow-up as necessary.
