What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers
 Assess customers' needs and provide accurate solutions for a positive experience
 Learn and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies
 Strive to exceed personal and team targets, goals, and quotas
 Record, organize, and file customer interactions and profile/account changes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
 Exceptional phone and listening skills
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to learn and follow customer service procedures
 Experience in a customer service role preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Previous experience in a customer service or engagement role
 Familiarity with customer service software and tools
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Strong problem-solving skills
 Experience with returns, refunds, and shipment tracking
