Key Responsibilities: • Be the primary liaison between our customer base and warehouse operations • Proactively monitor order status and identify potential fulfillment issues before they impact customers • Manage carrier claims and resolve delivery issues • Negotiate solutions with customers to resolve issues effectively while upholding company policies • Process refunds and assist customers with exchange orders • Implement and optimize new order management processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications: • Self-directed, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence • Experience with Shopify e-commerce order management • Outstanding communication skills, both through written email and over the phone • Proven experience in a customer support role managing multiple email tickets • The ability to quickly learn and accurately implement new processes

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Zendesk is major plus • Genuine enthusiasm and interest in backpacking/camping to authentically connect with our team and customers

Experience:
• Zendesk: 1 year (Preferred)
• Backpacking/camping: 2 years (Preferred)
• Direct customer service or supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)
