- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all customer communications.

- Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are preferred for effective customer engagement.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
