• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to write and edit professional correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• QuickBooks Online certification

Responsibilities
• Manage multiple QuickBooks accounts by accurately entering transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and lines of credit in QuickBooks
• Review vendor and customer accounts to ensure accurate accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
• Prepare and provide detailed financial statements
• Ensure accurate documentation for all transactions
• Support small businesses in achieving their financial goals by offering ongoing assistance and timely reminders

Qualifications
• Associate’s degree (2-year) or equivalent experience
