This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Public Relations and Communications Manager to execute campaigns and enhance brand... recognition.Responsibilities: Â Manage and execute projects assigned by the Public Relations and Communications Manager. Â Collaborate with key accounts to integrate public relations campaigns with customer sales promotions. Â Coordinate in-store service campaigns and ensure successful field campaign operation. Â Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services effectively. Â Work with the Public Relations and Communications Manager to develop and refine measurement strategies for campaigns. Â Develop promotional marketing materials and execute visual merchandising strategies. Â Maintain relationships with customers and retail personnel. Â Keep accurate records of campaign attendance, traffic, and sales. Â Identify new opportunities and efficiency innovations to improve campaign performance. We Are Looking For: Talented and hardworking individuals who are eager to start their career with a growing company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational and leadership abilities. No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training and development will be provided. Requirements: Â College degree or in the process of completion preferred. Â 0-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or related field (internship experience is an asset). Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Â Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision. Â Professional, service-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills. Â Superb organizational and tracking skills with attention to detail. Â Adaptability, dependability, and responsibility.
