What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Provide sales support during initial contact by gathering information and determining the best-fit communities for potential residents
• Manage incoming calls and chat messages for regional community sales inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up
• Maintain thorough knowledge of community offerings, operational models, pricing, and availability
• Prepare and manage sales-related documents and communications to support the sales process
• Assist in promoting community events and maintaining an inventory of sales materials

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• College graduate required
• Previous sales experience
• Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
• Must live in the region supported
• Intermediate knowledge of computers, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, Access, and Outlook)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in customer service or sales within a healthcare or senior living environment
• Familiarity with Kisco sales techniques or similar methodologies
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents and families
• Knowledge of social media and marketing strategies for community engagement
