• * Comfortable using various computer systems and software applications.
• * Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Experience
• * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

• * Flexible part-time positions available, with shifts scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, including evenings and weekends.
