Job Description:

Veritiv is seeking a highly experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in London, England, UK. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in web chat management and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor incoming web chat communications with customers, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience through web chat. 3. Train and mentor web chat agents to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Implement and maintain chatbot technology to optimize customer interactions. 5. Analyze chat metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in web chat management. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4.
