Key Responsibilities: Call customers to ensure their appliances are covered Upsell protection products based on customer needs Build strong relationships and understand customer requirements Help customers find the best protection package Making a high number of sales each day to hit personal targets

Skills and Experience: 12 months of phone sales experience preferred, but call centre or retail sales backgrounds considered Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Team player focused on delivering great customer service
