Job Summary
As an Associate Customer Care Representative, your role is to provide excellent customer service. You will process customer orders, handle inquiries, and resolve basic problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
 Responding to basic inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner.
 Providing customers with basic product and pricing information
 Entering and maintaining accurate customer orders using various software applications.
 Handling basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to others.
 Collaborating cross-functionally to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Requirements
 Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
 Have a keen attention to detail.
 Be able to work well in a busy and dynamic team environment.
 Possess technical aptitude and willingness to learn various software systems.

Compensation And Benefits
 The base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour depending on the geographic region.
 Dependent on the position offered, annual bonusses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
