This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while helping pet parents deliver exceptional care for their furry friends.As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the front-line hero, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product recommendations with a focus on delivering a friendly, empathetic, and positive experience. Your role will involve solving customer problems, managing orders, and ensuring that every interaction reflects ChewyÂs dedication to quality and service.
Responsibilities: Â Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Â Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Â Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care. Â Offer product recommendations based on customer needs. Â Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ChewyÂs products, policies, and services. Â Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with Chewy.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent (AssociateÂs or BachelorÂs degree preferred). Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Â Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy. Â Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Â Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Â Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
