We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to become a valuable part of our team. As a Virtual Assistant with us, you'll play a crucial role in managing a wide range of tasks, from maintaining schedules to handling customer inquiries. If you're an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain various communication materials, including boardroom presentations, media release templates, newsletters, email templates, social media posts, video scripts, company brochures, press releases, reporting documents, and media kits.
- Promote our company and products through social networking.
- Create and manage online applications for events, contests, and giveaways.
- Coordinate company events.
- Manage the company's business calendar.
- Monitor company performance.
- Manage and maintain websites and online banner advertisements.
- Handle online inquiries and customer service.
- Process online orders.
- Submit online customer orders.
- Create and maintain content for the company website.
- Manage the company's online e-store.
Qualifications - Computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, marketing, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
