Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage top finance executives through various sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and job requirements.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations with client needs.
Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to build a robust network within the finance sector.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in executive recruiting, preferably within the finance industry.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education: BachelorÂs degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Tools: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
