Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls and initiate outbound communications to address patient inquiries related to medical bills.
• Provide detailed answers to questions regarding billing statements and payment processes.
• Process payments and investigate billing status inquiries.
• Assist patients in resolving account discrepancies and clarify amounts owed.
• Utilize systems such as EPIC, Artiva, and TCN for effective call management and information retrieval.

Required Skills
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Proficiency in technology and computer systems, ensuring efficient handling of patient inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate billing challenges effectively.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, restaurant, or call center settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
