We are in search of a meticulous and driven Program Associate to join our Teaching, Learning, and Tech (TLT) program within the Education Policy sector. Our mission is to enhance the integration of technology in education, fostering equitable learning environments across both formal and informal contexts. Key Responsibilities

As a Program Associate, your contributions will be crucial in assisting senior staff across various tasks, including:
• Managing the summer internship program that connects post-secondary students with nonprofit organizations focused on public interest technology.
• Analyzing and synthesizing research, conducting interviews, and facilitating roundtable discussions with educators, practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders to pinpoint challenges and opportunities in education.
• Crafting policy recommendations aimed at promoting best practices and systemic changes to guarantee all students experience meaningful teaching and learning.
• Developing tailored resources and support for educators and professionals to bridge the digital divide impacting students and families.
• Organizing networks of stakeholders from local, state, and national levels to collaboratively address challenges and strategies for enhancing access to quality teaching and learning.
• Identifying and showcasing effective technology applications for young learners in diverse educational settings.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of roundtables and stakeholder meetings, as well as external events as necessary.
• Conducting supplementary research and contributing to the creation of blogs and briefs.
• Managing the reimbursement process for stakeholder participants and senior staff when suitable.
• Remaining adaptable to perform additional duties as required by evolving circumstances.
