Job Advert Description

As an Evening Document Production Specialist you will be working within a busy, deadline driven environment. You will need to be flexible from time to time in respect of working hours and in regards to the services delivered for each area of the business to ensure deadlines are met. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments
Transcription, through the use of digital dictation
Document production and manipulation
Proof reading and quality checking all work
Effectively using systems to prioritise and complete incoming work
Ensuring documents are produced within the required timescales
Prioritising own work and proactively communicating if a deadline cannot be met
Being an ambassador for the DPC and educating the firm to use the DPC to its fullest potential
Troubleshooting

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
Have previous experience of working within a document production team
Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
Confident at producing a variety of documents for legal groups and complex legal backgrounds
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to strip document formatting and repair problem documents on own or with support
Professional and client-focused telephone manner
Exacting eye for detail
