- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat / Tele Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and telephone support. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat and telephone
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
- Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or support role preferred

- Proficiency in using live chat and telephone support software
