Health Loft, based in Chicago, Illinois, provides medical nutritional counseling from expert registered dietitians (RD's) to individuals in multiple states. We make it easy for patients to see an RD by accepting their health insurance and offering convenient access to a licensed professional via our telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities: ┬Ľ Effectively manage a patient caseload. ┬Ľ Conduct thorough initial evaluation with patients and develop a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan to meet their goals and needs. ┬Ľ Ensure appropriate treatment progression as patient condition improves. ┬Ľ Analyze eating and provide nutritional guidance and meal plans for patients. ┬Ľ Interpret nutrition-related blood work and incorporate that into plan of care if needed. ┬Ľ Complete documentation within 24-48 hours of visit. ┬Ľ Follow up with missing patients. ┬Ľ Creation of nutritional resources as necessary. ┬Ľ Coordinate with patients care team as necessary. ┬Ľ Schedule patient follow up appointments.

Requirements: ┬Ľ Bachelors or Masters of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics. ┬Ľ Certificate of Dietetic Registration (RD) through the Commission of Dietetic Registration. ┬Ľ Preferred experience in general clinical nutrition, and/or outpatient nutrition counseling. ┬Ľ Preferred experience or interest in disordered eating or eating disorders. ┬Ľ Licensure in multiple states, including Illinois is a plus but not required
